Transmog, Flame Hunter

Ive been trying to make an outfit for a net acquaintance.  Its been tough going since he doesnt know what he wants and I dont even know his character's sex.  Hmm.  Well i do know its a dwarf so I started trying to make a Mountaineer outfit.  Sadly that's all leather (Their really rogues?  Who knew!) so I figured Id try something flashy!

Bright and shinny your certain to stand out against those noobs in their tier sets.

The Battleforge Belt is a level 23 world drop BoE best found on the AH.  Magnificent Leggings and Netherstorm Greaves are as well at 56 and 70.

The Fiery Chain Shoulders are crafted by a blacksmith with Thorium Brotherhood rep and some Molten Core materials, easy to get.  For a more difficul task try to get the Dragonstalker Spaulders from Blackwing lair.

The Silvermoon Armor drops off a rare NPC on Bloodmyst Isle.

The flashy Gauntlets of the Dragonslayer come from Gruul in Gruul's Lair.

For finishing touches I add an Ironforge Tabard and a Red Shirt.  Now you can only get it if your Horde and kill the Wildhammer Fact Checker so you need to buy it off the neutral AH or use a Red Linen Shirt.

The cloak is a favorite design from Nax.  The Dark Shroud of the Scourge is relatively easy to get from Noth in 10 man Naxxramas these days.

I've always liked the design but matching its colors was um...difficult.  I think it works fairly well here!

One good thing about this outfit is it doesn't get any surprise holes when put on a female character.  Its cheesecake proof!

Now there is one weapon that I think is just perfect for this (if your into guns).
The Dragonbreath Hand Cannon is a truly unique piece of hardwear.  Coming from one of the dragons in Blackwing Lair (Ebonroc) you can work on it too if you decide you want the draonslayer shoulders.

Enjoy!
